AI Agents Malta: hand over the repetitive work
AI agents for Maltese businesses: software that answers customers, books appointments and moves information between your systems, with a person approving what matters. We start small, with one job worth handing over.

What you need, what we do
Most repetitive work looks the same, in a small shop or a bigger team: someone reads something, makes a small decision and types it somewhere else. That’s the kind of job an agent suits.
An assistant on your website or messaging channels answers from your own information: services, opening hours, policies, order status. Anything it isn’t sure about goes to a person.
It replies straight away, asks the questions you’d ask, and passes your team a qualified lead or an appointment request.
An agent reads the email, form or invoice, pulls out what matters and prepares the update for your CRM, spreadsheet or accounts tool, ready for someone to check.
We connect the AI to your own documents and tools, and set clear limits on what it may do, so it works from your facts and stays within its job.
Narrow jobs, done properly
The industry calls this agentic AI: software that doesn’t just answer but takes steps. New to the idea? Read what an AI agent is first.

What is an AI agent?
Software that uses an AI model to work towards a goal. It reads what comes in, decides the next step and uses tools such as your calendar or CRM to carry it out. You’ll also see it called agentic AI. Our guide What is an AI agent? explains it in plain English.
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A traditional chatbot follows a script and answers questions. An agent can also act: check a booking, update a record or draft a reply. That’s why limits and approvals matter.
Does a small business need one?
Only if you have a job that’s frequent, repetitive and follows clear rules. If you get a few enquiries a week, a good contact form and a quick reply will probably serve you better, and we’ll tell you so.
Can you just advise us, without building anything?
Yes. We can look at how your team works, tell you which jobs are worth handing over and which aren’t, and give you a plan. Whether we build it after that is up to you.
Can an AI agent make mistakes?
Yes. AI can be confidently wrong. So we keep agents to narrow jobs, work from your own information and keep a person in charge of anything that matters, such as money, contracts and complaints.
Will customers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Under the EU AI Act, people must be told when they’re interacting with an AI system unless it’s obvious, and we set agents up that way. They can also ask for a person.
What about GDPR and customer data?
An agent handles personal data, so GDPR applies. We check the AI provider’s terms before anything goes live, limit what the agent can see, and agree how long data is kept.
Does it work in Maltese?
English is the easy part. Maltese varies from tool to tool, so we test it with your real questions before launch. If it isn’t good enough, the agent hands those conversations to a person.
How long does it take?
It depends on the job and what it connects to, which is why we start with one job. Your quote includes a timeline.
Is there a grant for AI projects in Malta?
There can be. Our guide to Digitalise Your SME covers its allowance for AI projects. Schemes change and close, so check the current rules before you plan around one.
