Shopify or WooCommerce: which is better for a Maltese shop?
Shopify if you want to sell quickly and not think about hosting or updates. WooCommerce if you need custom features, want full control, or already have a WordPress site. Both take card payments in euro and handle delivery across Malta and Gozo.
Can I take card payments in euro?
Yes. Shopify Payments is available to businesses in Malta, and both platforms work with providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We set up whichever suits your bank and your fees.
How do I handle delivery within Malta and to the EU?
We set up delivery zones and rates for Malta, Gozo and abroad, plus click and collect if you have a shop. Customers see the delivery cost before they pay, which is one of the biggest reasons people finish a checkout.

Can you move my existing shop to a new platform?
Yes. We move your products and redirect the old addresses so you keep your Google rankings. Customer and order history can usually come across too; we check what your current platform allows first.
